i'm a bit confused: is your dock on the bottom with text icons, or on the left? which one is the "apple" dock and how do i go about making a second? geektool? if so, can you talk me through it, i know youre busy, but i just downloaded it and it looks over my head... thank you in advance and keep up the good work. i've been admiring it for some time.

The bottom one is the Apple Dock, I used an App called Mirage to make it Transparent, then put the "Cutout" Image you see behind it via GeekTool.

The second dock is merely folders with changed icons. I got the names on the right by going to View Options (you can get it by right clicking) and changing the label position to Right.

Does that make any sense to you? If not, give me your email and I'll send you more detailed instructions.

via a paid app ($30) called Candybar. It will let you open the iContainer and drag the icons to the appropriate apps.

Well, Google Search Mirage 2 and hit the MacThemes link

download and install that

Then, google The Kobhens icons (those are the ones I used)

And lastly, get GeekTool if you don't already have it and download my Cutout GeekTool set. (I included instructions for that one)

And that is it.
